A dedicated yoga instructor with over a decade of experience in the practice, Jessica is a certified RYT 200 yoga instructor whose classes are thoughtfully designed to help you find and embrace the balance and strength within yourself. She encourages her students to stretch their capabilities, going beyond what they thought possible, while also teaching them to accept and appreciate their limitations.
Yoga-withJess is located in picturesque Saratoga County in Upstate New York, nestled between the Hudson Valley and Adirondack Mountain region. An avid hiker and bicyclist, much of Jessica's inspiration comes from her deep appreciation of nature and beautiful surroundings in her corner of the world.
A mom of four, as well as a business growth strategist and organizational leader, Jessica marries her expertise both in the home and office to create uniquely crafted yoga classes, perfect for every occasion, every setting, and every type of practice — from kids to corporate to custom themed!
She looks forward to practicing together with you, gaining strength from one another, and discovering the balance that comes with gratitude for all the simple moments that this beautiful life has to offer.
